Head of Quality Assurance (f/m)

Responsibilities:
Professional and disciplinary management of our quality assurance team
Processing of complaints, failure analysis and initiation of corrective action
Monitoring and audit of suppliers
Control of premises and equipment as well as supervising the maintenance of quality equipment (monitoring of test equipment)
Creation and development of specifications, instructions and test methods
Responsible for the release of batches
Training and development of staff in the quality departments
Ensure compliance of our high quality standards
Quality documentation (specifications and certificates)
Evaluation of quality indicators, reporting and further development of KPIs
Develop and conduct internal process audits as co-auditor
Lead customer audits
Release and maintenance of control plans
Continuous communication with peers and production staff in regards to technical, organizational and social topics that may have occurred or can be expected

Requirements:
Degree in engineering, technician or equivalent
7+ years of professional and 2+ years of leadership experience, high profile candidates with no leadership experience might also be considered
Excellent PC knowledge
Very good conversational skills in spoken and written English (verhandlungssicher)
Very structured and systematic
Excellent communication skills
Team player, but also assertive if necessary
